🌿 Processing Time

Each Better Roots Co. item is made-to-order with care.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
This small window helps us reduce waste, ensure quality, and stay aligned with our mission of sustainable, meaningful apparel.

🚚 Shipping

Once processed, most orders ship within 3–7 business days depending on location and demand.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship within the U.S. (expanding soon!)

💚 Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we want you to love your order — if there’s an issue (defect, misprint, or damage), please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
